The BulkStrap60W features a high-performance coated finish that gives the strapping a gentle self-tackiness. How to Use / Tensioner Instructions

  • Feed & Loop: Feed the strapping through the cargo/pallet and loop both ends through the AtMet A6P steel buckle.

  • Position Tool: Push the tension handle downwards to raise the gripper plate on the tensioner (AT20 / ATC20). Clamp it onto the lower strap about 10 inches (25 cm) clear from the buckle. Ensure the strap rests underneath the cutter assembly.

  • Thread: Feed the loose top end of the strap through the cutter slot and the windlass opening.

  • Tension: Rock the handle lever forward and backward to crank the strap to your desired tension.

  • Cut & Release: Once tight, push the tension handle all the way down to cut the excess strap, then slide the tool to the right to release.
