Return and Refund Policy

Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds below.
1. Return Eligibility and Timeframe
30-Day Window: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items.
Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. They must be in a resalable condition.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Before returning any products, customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
To request an RMA, please contact our customer service team at sales@atmetgroup.com or call 800-501-2928.
Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Important: Returns sent without an authorized RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Custom Orders: Any products manufactured to custom specifications (e.g., custom-sized lashing, printed strapping, or personalized dunnage bags).
Opened Desiccants: Due to the moisture-sensitive nature of desiccant products, packs that have been opened or have a broken seal cannot be returned.
Final Sale Items: Any items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping Costs and Restocking Fees
Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), AtMet Group will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement.
Standard Returns: For all other returns (e.g., buyer’s remorse, incorrect quantity ordered), the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all standard returns to cover inspection, labor, and administrative costs. This fee will be deducted from your final refund.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive your return, our warehouse team will inspect the items. We will notify you of the status of your refund after the inspection is complete.
If approved, a credit will be issued to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card or ACH).
Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution's policies.
6. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please document the damage (take photos) and notify the carrier immediately upon delivery. You must contact AtMet Group within 48 hours of receipt to file a claim.
