Dunnage Airbags

Atmet Zero

Application

A cost-effective, easy to deploy means of  securing cargo in transit OTD (over the road). Empty air bags are placed in the gaps between your cargo and inflated using compressed air, filling up the gaps and providing support to stabilize the cargo effectively during transport. Damage to your goods is prevented by immobilizing them during transport. 

 

Materials

The inner bag is made of co-extrusion high quality polyethylene (PE) film ensuring the ultimate air-tight seal. The outer bag is made of polypropylene (PP) for maximum strength and puncture resistance. These materials are fully recyclable and contain no heavy metals.

 

ProAir Valve

Atmet inflatable dunnage air bags are equipped with a patented valve which enables rapid inflation and deflation. When used with Atmet ProAir inflators the time for inflation and deflation is reduced significantly and consistent bag air pressure is ensured.

Atmet Square Dunnage Bags

Application

Easy to install means of securing cargo in truck/intermodal shipments. Fills voids greater than 12 inches. Extreme durability and moisture resistance make them highly reusable, and they are easily repositionable to make quick adjustments when securing cargo. All AtMet square dunnage bags are fully recyclable.

ProAir Inflation System

Atmet ProAir venturi inflators inflate and deflate air bags in seconds while providing consistent pressure and preventing over-inflation.

 

Features

  • Atmet ProAir inflators feature the EZ click quick connector tip to ensure an airtight seal during inflation and deflation

  • The venturi inflator swivels 360° for ease of operation in even the most challenging cargo environments

  • Consistent pressure every time prevents over-inflation and makes deployment easy

 

How the ProAir venturi inflator works

  1. Compressed air enters the inflator chamber through a small nozzle at high velocity.

  2. The high velocity air stream creates a vacuum that induces air from outside, enabling it to achieve extremely high inflation speed.

  3. The amplified airflow levels the exit point of the inflator

 

To rapidly deflate an air bag, insert the rear nozzle into the bag’s valve and push the trigger. Compressed airflow will create suction at the valve, resulting in fast and complete deflation so dunnage bags can be removed and stored easily until they’re needed again.
